제1조 (목적 및 적용)

본 약관은 TodayEnter(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 Hera(이하 "게임")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다. 게임을 설치하거나 이용하는 경우 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제2조 (계정)

1. 이용자는 게임 최초 실행 시 자동으로 생성되는 게스트 계정 또는 소셜 계정 연동을 통해 게임을 이용합니다.
2. 게스트 계정은 기기에 종속됩니다. 앱 삭제, 기기 변경, 기기 초기화 시 데이터가 소실될 수 있으며, 소셜 계정을 연동하지 않아 발생한 데이터 소실에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.
3. 계정은 이용자 본인만 사용할 수 있습니다. 계정의 양도·판매·대여·교환은 금지되며, 이를 통해 발생한 손해에 대해 회사는 책임지지 않습니다.
4. 이용자는 언제든지 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 시 게임 데이터와 보유 재화는 모두 소멸하며 복구되지 않습니다.

제3조 (게임 내 재화 및 콘텐츠)

1. 게임 내 재화·아이템·캐릭터 등은 게임 내에서만 사용할 수 있는 이용 권한이며, 현금·재산적 가치를 갖지 않고 게임 외부에서 환금·거래할 수 없습니다.
2. 유료로 구매한 재화와 무상으로 지급된 재화는 구분되며, 무상 재화는 지급 시 고지한 기간이 지나면 소멸할 수 있습니다.
3. 회사는 게임 밸런스 및 서비스 운영을 위해 콘텐츠의 내용·수치·획득 방법을 변경할 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중대한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다.

제4조 (유료 서비스 및 청약철회)

1. 유료 결제는 Google Play 또는 App Store를 통해 이루어지며, 결제·환불 절차는 해당 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.
2. 이용자는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다.
3. 다만 다음의 경우에는 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
   • 구매한 재화를 이미 사용한 경우
   • 즉시 사용·적용되어 원상회복이 불가능한 상품(기간제 상품의 개시, 즉시 소모형 아이템 등)
   • 구매 시 개별적으로 청약철회 제한을 고지하고 동의를 받은 경우
4. 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 본인 또는 법정대리인은 해당 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무 — 금지행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

• 게임 클라이언트·데이터·통신을 변조하거나, 매크로·자동사냥 프로그램 등 비정상적인 방법으로 게임을 이용하는 행위
• 버그·오류를 고의로 이용하여 이익을 취하는 행위
• 결제 후 부당하게 취소·환불을 반복하여 이익을 취하는 행위
• 계정 또는 게임 재화를 현금으로 거래하는 행위
• 타인의 계정·기기·결제수단을 무단으로 사용하는 행위
• 채팅 등에서 욕설·비방·차별·음란물·광고성 정보를 게시하거나 타인을 괴롭히는 행위
• 회사 또는 제3자의 저작권·상표권 등 권리를 침해하는 행위
• 서버에 과도한 부하를 유발하거나 정상적인 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위

제6조 (제재)

1. 회사는 이용자가 제5조를 위반한 경우 경고, 채팅 제한, 재화 회수, 이용 제한(일시·영구) 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
2. 부정한 방법으로 취득한 재화·기록은 회수 또는 삭제될 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자는 제재에 대해 문의처를 통해 이의를 제기할 수 있으며, 회사는 확인 후 결과를 안내합니다.
4. 이용자의 귀책사유로 영구 이용 제한된 경우, 보유한 유료 재화는 환불되지 않습니다.

제7조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

1. 회사는 서버 점검, 설비 보수, 기술적 필요 등이 있는 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 사전에 공지합니다. 다만 긴급한 경우 사후에 공지할 수 있습니다.
2. 회사는 영업상·기술상의 사유로 게임 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 종료일로부터 최소 30일 전에 공지하며, 유료 재화에 대해서는 관련 법령 및 스토어 정책에 따라 처리합니다.

제8조 (책임의 제한)

1. 회사는 천재지변, 통신사 장애, 스토어·플랫폼 사업자의 장애 등 회사의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 서비스 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 회사는 이용자가 게임을 통해 기대하는 특정 결과를 보증하지 않습니다.
3. 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 간에 발생한 분쟁에 대해 회사는 개입할 의무가 없으며, 그로 인한 손해를 배상할 책임이 없습니다.
4. 본 조의 어떠한 내용도 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.

제9조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 최소 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 게임 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 이용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

제10조 (준거법 및 관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 「민사소송법」이 정한 관할 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the mobile game Hera ("the Game") provided by TodayEnter ("we"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• A guest account is created automatically on first launch. You may link a Google or Apple account.
• Guest accounts are tied to your device. Uninstalling the app, changing devices, or resetting your device may permanently erase your data. We are not responsible for data lost because no social account was linked.
• Accounts are personal. Selling, trading, lending, or transferring accounts is prohibited.
• You may request account deletion at any time. Deletion permanently erases your save data and any currency you hold.

3. Virtual Items

• In-game currency, items, and characters are a limited license to use them within the Game. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or traded outside the Game.
• Free currency may expire after the period announced when it was granted.
• We may change content, values, and acquisition methods for balance or operational reasons. Material changes unfavorable to users will be announced in advance.

4. Purchases and Refunds

• Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. Refunds follow that store's policy.
• Where required by applicable law, you may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of the transaction.
• Withdrawal may be restricted where the purchased item has already been used or consumed, where the item takes effect immediately and cannot be restored, or where a restriction was disclosed and agreed to at purchase.
• Purchases made by a minor without the consent of a legal guardian may be cancelled by the minor or the guardian.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Modifying the client, game data, or network traffic; using macros, bots, or automation tools
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or errors for gain
• Abusing purchase cancellations or refunds for gain
• Trading accounts or in-game currency for real money
• Using another person's account, device, or payment method without authorization
• Posting abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or advertising content, or harassing other users
• Infringing our or a third party's intellectual property rights
• Overloading our servers or otherwise interfering with the service

6. Enforcement

• We may issue warnings, restrict chat, reclaim items, or suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate Section 5.
• Items or records obtained improperly may be reclaimed or deleted.
• You may appeal any action through our contact address; we will review and respond.
• Paid currency is not refunded when an account is permanently banned for the user's own violation.

7. Changes and Termination

• We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or technical reasons, with advance notice where practicable.
• We may discontinue the Game for business or technical reasons. In that case we will give at least 30 days' notice and handle paid currency in accordance with applicable law and store policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, network carrier failures, and outages at store or platform providers. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from playing the Game, and we are not obliged to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party. Nothing here excludes liability for our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Amendments

We may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, with notice at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). If you do not agree, you may stop using the Game and request account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
